Events
There are two major events held each year. The Annual General Meeting in the spring and also the Association plays a key role in the events of Remembrance weekend. The association also organises periodic visits to the National Memorial Arboretum
Regional events are held throughout the year. Details are published in Courage newsletter.
Families' Activity Breaks - July & August 2010
After two successful pilot camps in 2009, more holidays for bereaved children of service personnel have been arranged for this year.

The Elizabeth Cross and Memorial Scroll
The Elizabeth Cross will be granted to the next of kin of Armed Forces personnel killed on operations or as a result of terrorism since 1948. Families are invited to read the information on the MOD Medal Office website which includes information on the eligibility criteria and details of how to apply. Information and an application form can also be obtained by calling 0800 085 3600.
Past Events
Armed Conflict Memorial - A new Armed Forces memorial was officially dedicated at Westminster Abbey by Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal, on Wednesday 29 October 2008.
